Betrayal safehouse expired in the same map
I've got Betrayal set up with 2/5/2/5 people. Lethal Extraction allocated on Atlas tree.
The following happened all in the same map: - Intervention encounter, pulling 1 from Intervention and 1 from Research (non-leader) - I execute the Research member, hitting 100% intelligence due to Lethal Extraction - Research encounter shows up next, but is closed due to "retreat to safehouse" - Fortification is next, pulling 1 from Fortification and 1 from Research (leader) - Now the board shows Research is down to 90%, and the safehouse was lost without running it (- I execute the Research leader and bring it back up to 96%) It looks like the safehouse somehow expired in the immediately succeeding board tick after reaching full intelligence. Bug reference: 822 204 404 Speculation: safehouse expiration counter is not set properly if the cause to reach 100% intelligence is Lethal Extraction. It's the new thing intelligence-wise this league. Edit: this repeated the next map with similar sequence of encounters. This just happened to me as well, almost exactly as you described but I lost the fortification safehouse instead.
