Trarthus gems

I think there is a bug with the Siege Ballista Of Trarthus, It does not work with Focus Ballista Support. In my opinion Siege Ballista Of Trarthus should not attack if there is no enemy nearby but if it at least worked with Focus Ballista Support I'd be happy.
