Insane cpu spikes during explosions caused by Occultist profane bloom (i guess)
Hello there, I have a 6750xt + 5600x cpu playin 1440p, not the best but should be enough. i am having crazy problems with cpu ms spikes during mapping. The game runs crazy smooth, but profane bloom explosion just seems too much. If there is a big pack (screen wide sort of) my game TOTALLY freeze for micro seconds (in blight for like 3-4 seconds, but i understand that s a blight thing, indeed it crashes after a while if theres too many enemies), cpu usage is like at 80% but its latency spike from like 10 to 50-100. It s clearly a cpu/coding problem when all the curses and explosions overlap. I disabled the sound from the config file, i DDU my gpu driver (gpu is clearly not the problem but hey, better do something than nothig) and the chipsets. I re-enabled SAM and resetted the config of both my amd stuff and poe (poe now runs in 1440p but every graphic setting is lowish) Any idea? please help me i love this build and i dont want to change because spaghetti code Last bumped on Jul 3, 2025, 4:23:41 AM
