Help me with my lvl 70 Lightning Strike Templar build

I realized that I am not very tanky, with only about 1.5hp and 1.5k ES. I wasted about 4 rare maps when I first started doing them because I kept dying. Between level 50 and 65 I died 4 times on average for each level. However, I maxed out my resist 80 80 80. It might be because of my build or my passive skills. Please give some comments. Thx:)

My dps with my max out stats non-iiq-iir gear and running, wrath(blood magic), discipline, hatred and clarity is about 4.8k .The main issue is survivability.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
