Poisonous concussion of bouncing demonic effect

After I take out my gem and sell it to somone else and swapped in a fresh gem, the demonic effect was lost. Moreover I HAD to purchase it ONCE MORE. Whats even better now that the new effect is a blend of red AND green. Its both glitched in apperance and buy count. Now I have 2 of the same gem skin.. Is there any way to fix the problem ? ( Currently playing in Merc. Standard ).
