Include screenshot of what you see when you hover Searing Exarch.

If you're talking about Originator maps from Eagon, you must first complete their quest chain before you can apply Exarch influence to their maps.

im doing t16 rn but exarch dont appear i think its bugged. i bought polari invitation and kill him dont changed yet pls help me

Most likely broke something by trying to bypass the quests by buying the invitation. You need to check your quest log and see what it tells you to do. It should eventually proc randomly enabling you to add it to the maps. Then you do X maps until quest Black Star, then X maps until quest Exarch, which.

If you are adding Eater or Maven to your maps, then you can't proc Exarch as well. Run the maps it suggests in the quest log with no influence until Envoy shows up and gives you the thing to use on your map device, same as you did with Eater influence.
