Perfect Warlord Spectre Constantly Shouts in Hideout

Most spectres will refrain from casting their abilities while in hideout however the warlord will repeatedly cast his warcry to grant endurance charges. Forged Frostbearers will similarly spam throw mines while in the hideout.

Can these be updated to not cast their abilities while in hideout?
