Call of the Void
"Enemies Chilled by your Hits lessen their Damage dealt by half of Chill Effect"

New Shaper of winter will now do the same effect
"Enemies Chilled by your Hits lessen their Damage dealt by half of Chill Effect"

Do both ability stacks for 100% of shill effect?
90% sure it wont stack, but logic and clarity is a alien concept for any midly usefull interaction

If I recall, this was explored. It would seem like it's based on the debuff, however, the mod on the ring is a debuff itself. And only one can apply at any time and they don't stack with other types of similar effects.

It's been a few years since I recall the conversations and testing but I'm 99% sure I'm correct here.

It doesn't stack because only one mod can be in effect at one time. The damage reduction aspect itself is a debuff from what I recall. SO it's Chill and then damage reduction based on chill effect debuff. And debuffs don't stack. Just like you can't have two temp chains on you at once.

But it would be super dope if does. And maybe it's worth exploring. I think they should give the debuff a name instead of this mod but it's whatever at this point.
