"Enemies Chilled by your Hits" & Cold DoT

Would it be possible for the upcoming 3.26 to make the elementalist node "Enemies Chilled by your Hits" into "Enemies Chilled by YOU"?

This would be an enabler for builds that does cold DoT but not hit, like Wintertide Brand.

I realize this will just drown in this forum, but it would be a great change to bring back cold DoT more into line with the elementalist archetype.
