Recommendations on Tangletongue Forked Spear

A significant number of people are using the Tangletongue Forked Spear, and replacing it with a rare spear would cost a lot of Divine Orb.
I'd like ggg to improve this, such as increasing the drop rate of rare spears or adjusting the weight of modifiers. The rare spear that can replace the Tangletongue Forked Spear is really expensive.
