Using projectile attacks empowered by barrage + Roll = Character unable to attack

Rolling during barrage of Glacial Lance or Lightning Spear render my character unable to attack for 5-10 seconds.

It is not letting me attack in any sense after dodging and using the combo for almsot thirty seconds
