Game Fails to Launch from Steam - crash

My game was stuttering a lot, I played with every single graphics/audio setting but it didn't fix it, wasn't an issue on initial launch of early access. I decided to do a complete fresh windows reformat. I completed the reformat, I updated nvidia graphics drivers for my RTX 3090 to the March 18th, 2025 driver (latest). I did a fresh install of POE2 using the steam launcher.

Also, not sure if this is expected on first launch of game, but the poe2_production_config is completely empty. Again I did a fresh reinstall and since game is crashing on first launch maybe this is expected, but hopefully empty config is not cause of the crash.

I click play on Steam Launch.
Black screen shows up as if game is about to launch.
3-5 seconds pass and black screen goes away, staring at steam launcher, play button is blue with "Stop" on it.
Few seconds pass and I can see Play button is green with "Play" text.

In POE2_Production folder I can see a new DMP File was created, everytime I try to launch the game. This is what the dmp.txt has if this helps.

It just started working today. In case someone stumbles on this post later or has similar issue I did want to mention that today when I turned my computer on (yesterday I had done a reformat), there were windows updates still pending. It is entirely possible that even though I installed the game and updated all my drivers GPU/DAC etc., that there were windows updates that hadn't been applied causing the funkiness.
