Permafrost skill and Ice shard need a buff/ rework

Permafrost bolt struggle in freezing chilling ennemies because it does a lot of tiny cold damages, it need a second/third bolt so that your a bit less reliant on reload, a stats that is rare on nodes and found mostly on jewels.
maan cost is slightly too high 40+mana if gemed for a single shot is quite overpriced.


Ice Shard isnt too bad since it multiplier is so high but the fact you have to shoot the ground to make it work well feel horrible and mean you have to bait/predict ennemies movement all the time.

Also you cannot put a lot of shard on the ground, and the new one make the old one dissapear, numbers of activ shards should be at least doubled

Mana cost is also ridiculous... it goes up even faster than grenades...150+mana if gemed at level 18 for a skill were you dont aim for enemies and have tiny area of shard

Glacial bolt on the other side can be shot on ennemies, or shotte din front of you to black stuff. Have multiple bolt one upgraded. Deal very nice damages even if you failed to detonate them. Freeze and Chill well.

Isnt massively overpriced in mana. 88 mana when gemed for 3 shot is a very fair price.
