Split the Earth and Mace Aftershock Chance stopped working after the patch.

I noticed my skills stopped having aftershocks often. I used to have 97% aftershock chance on my stampede.

I thought maybe they capped the aftershock chance. Tried unallocating some skills and it's these two not working at all. To any skill.

So, I tried aftershocks with another stampede gem with no quality and without "earthbreaker".

It did after shock, so it means split the earth and mace aftershock chance is working.

I put my old stampede gem back and I started to aftershock as regular. Maybe I had to put the gem out and back to fix it. But before doing this I was often not having aftershocks with supposed 97% aftershock chance.

And if I'm not losing my mind I remember seeing "AFTERSHOCK CHANCE 97%" on skill window. But now it displays 75%.
