Add Cosmetic "Dyes" for Armour

While not a bad idea, it would require them to update every piece of gear to support this, which would be a monumental undertaking.

Maybe they could do this for PoE2, since they're still fairly early on in development and still need to create the 3D artwork for a ton of items, but I don't see this being practical for PoE1.
