Act 2 quest bug with Rathbreaker

After patch 0.1.1 there's a bug with the quest "Earning Passage" in act 2 where you have to defeat Rathbreaker. Dying and trying to resurrect at a checkpoint fails with an error message stating "You do not have the required quest state".
