Warding fetish

doing temp chains maps with and without warding fetish seems like it doesn't work,

5% with or without it.

might have something to do with having it specced at map open.


maps that do not have a breach, obviously should not be able to roll breach mods. - focus more on giving the player a fun experience "that is the number 1 thing that will attract players" then on exp balance ect.

if it rolls the mod, it should add the league.

at some point maps must face challenging content, otherwise, the game is just too easy.
