Rare monster stuck in floor, map bricked

I was just in a t15 Vaal Factory. The final rare monster was down in the floor to about waist deep. I could not target him but he could still move around and attack me. Town/relog did nothing.

I just had same the issue in T15 Stone Citadel. I can't complete the map.
