The Surrender game crash.

Got The Surrender Stone tower shield during a breach. After picking it up and checking it in the inventory my character turned to stone (no visible enemies around but poossible something from off screen petrified me). Game totally frozen, no mobs visible on screen, nothing working, no key responses. Had to finally AltF4, restart the game. Instance is gone, no portals, map failed, and inventory wiped, so not only the shield but everything i picked up during the map was deleted from my inventory even though it said I had attempted and failed the map. Stuff i had in the inventory before the map was still there (except for the waystone).
