Rare monster bugged, can't finished map (AGAIN)

I’ve had the same issue a few times now. I can see the rare enemy icon far off on the map with no access to engage the enemy so the map can be finished. Enemies shouldn’t be spawning in areas not accessible by the player, makes zero sense. Hopefully they can fix this sooner than later I’m tired of wasted juiced up waystones on this issue.
