Unidentified items show Tier but not identified items??

Hi

Why unidentified items show tier list but it's hidden or remove when i identified them?

Even if I press the ALT-key to see more info on the item, it's not show it.
Something I miss? It's a bug?
We can only see it if it's not identified?
