SANDSWEPT MARSH INFINITE LOADING SCREEN

I beat jamanra act 2 normal, watched the cinematic to get into act 3. After that I had black screen for 20 minutes nothing happened. I closed the game, restarted it and tried to continue playing only to get stuck in an infinite Sandswept Marsh loading screen.

I verified the game files through steam, tried logging into another character and then back to this one but the problem persists. Also this is happening for the 2nd time already, the reason for which I already have three different characters. Anybody encountered the same issue?

I have the same problem, when i'm switch from cruel act2 to act3 I have failed instance and i can not login

Have anyone solve?
