Are Titans not allowed to have quivers equipped?

With every quiver I attach to my Titan I get the message "YOU CANNOT USE THIS ITEM. ITS STATS WILL BE IGNORED". Is this for a reason? I'm level 51 and level 27 is what is required to use the bow. I also over exceed all other requirements to use the bow/quiver. It also says on the quiver that it "CAN ONLY BE EQUIPPED IF YOU ARE WIELDING A BOW", which I very much am. I posted in the POE2 Facebook/Reddit groups about this as well with no real answer. Maybe someone here can help? I've checked my passive tree and there's nothing that should stop me from being able to use the quiver. Any quiver.

My logic for this build is that for some mobs I can use "Gas Arrow" skill to spread gas, then jump in with "Leap Slam" which I've imbued with stun/fire damage to then ignite everything.

Replying here as well as in your Reddit thread, so the info is in both places:

Your active weapon is your Mace, not your Bow, so the Quiver is saying it can't be used because you're not wielding a Bow. If you weapon swap to your Bow, you won't see the "cannot use this item" line anymore.
