[PING\DROPS] Kazakhstan bad ping unplayable connect

Hi everyone, I am a player from Kazakhstan. In the last year, I have been experiencing big problems connecting to Path of Exile (1\2).
The problem is that ping jumps a lot, packet drops. It transfers to other servers when the card is opened. For example: I play in Moscow, after a few cards I may be thrown to another server (Europe), although the shelter remains in Moscow.
I take it the routes have changed? It became unbearable to play.
This only happens in the Path of Exile game.
