Trial of Chaos level 80 not giving ascendency

I completed the Trial of Chaos twice now using a token that said it WOULD give ascendency points but received nothing upon completion.

If you're doing your 4th ascendancy then Chaos requires 3 different tokens each of which drops from each of the 3 bosses and it only drops from the final boss kill. You have to kill each boss as the final fight for each of the 3 tokens then put the 3 fates in the door at the end then fight the trial champion. Good luck with that shit design.
