What do you mean? Poe 2 was meant to fix melee. That was the sole purpose of making poe2 in the first place. Why would they need more time to work on warrior. Its current state is where they want it. They want you using auto attack apparently.


the "sole purpose of making poe2" was not to fix melee - that's wishful thinking and likely brought on by your own hype. Again, the current build is not the final build. The way you are responding indicates to me you believe nothing will change and we are locked in a permanent state.

Again, this is not Blizzard. No one truly believes they want you to use auto attack on warrior, THAT is definitely going to be fixed. Not sure what you're on about.
melee is so good I spent half of act 3 using a ranged 'melee' ability
I played rolling slam and leap slam and had no issues and it was pretty good. I want to keep playing it but rolling slam has too many bugs atm.

Im 93 and the only issue right now is just a bit of defenses (NOT TO THE BROKEN LEVEL OF ES NEEDED) and maybe a bit more precise striking(like how ranged has movement while shooting).


We have the damage just fine.


Rest of the crap that is clearing screens and whatnot hopefully gets dialed WAYYYYYY back as POE2s vision is not electrify the entire screen, around corners, and even behind you and win.

So, yes: you can have a skeleton crew running the servers, but if they do not want to work, they do not have to.

I have to 100% agree on this one. Even D4 Dungeons have better layouts than these garbage map-tilesets. I can't fathom who on earth in the Team was responsible for this.

Especially since such decisions are talked about in a team.

The atrocious map layouts need to change completely. Its utter trash and the worst backtracking I have ever seen.

While we are at it: I remember a Dev Stream where Jonathan praised that Deadends have Rewards (Rare chests/ Rare monsters) This is 99% not the case, and in such Cases, the rewards are still not worth the TIME WASTE...

Yes it was, jonathan and chris wilson both said it themselves. It had to do with melee skills and the rigs for making animations. Thats what led them down the rabbit hole to create the game.

It was not the goal, but it was the key reason to improve things. PoE1 is rigid and there is only so much you can do with it.

well i like the game, like 10/10 game here, but if this was the goal then that's a fucking L bro


Im still trying my best to make it work, but i made a spark stormweaver ci build and i can map with 1 hand on my controller and do curls with my other hand and do them around 2x as fast as on my warrior. Also playing warrior without defiance of destiny or svalin feels like trolling.

FWIW monk is insane. Maybe marauder is like that. Warrior is not.
