Energy Shield if Consumed Power Charge

This appears to be erroneously affecting Honour as well when activating. Both my shield and honour increase temporarily.

I currently gain power charges via "Killing Palm" and spending them via "Falling Thunder" my honour jumps from 485 to 531 before resetting back down after a delay, and the timing appears consistent with the Energy Shield also boosting to 179 then resetting to 133.
