Direct Message on trade site does not work after linking

I used to login via Steam and direct whisper option worked on the trading site. Yesterday, I logged in via email and linked my Steam account. Now whenever i click direct whisper , it says Invalid query: Account must be in-game. Any fix?

I have the same issue. Im on ps5 and cant message anyone from website. I am ingame. Need this sorted asap.
