Flame Ruby Quest Item Disappeared

My game crashed right when I beat Zalmarath on Cruel 2. The ruby was there briefly and is now gone. I checked all my stash tabs, inventory, etc. This was a quest item so what should I do? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 10:04:46 AM
