Trade chat absolutely flooded with scams

1. Divs being bought for a fraction of market price
2. I got scammed for 40 exalt by a guy offering ascend 4, he took money from 4-5 people and ran off, then later logged in again (he didnt get banned HOURS after running this scam). 3. Then when we started saying he's a scammer in trade chat he just logged into his other account and made the same post. New players are being robbed and reporting doesnt seem to do anything. I hate to recommend them, but if you go on TFT and find someone who has been there a long time you can probably avoid being scammed for services.

Unfortunately trade chat is a newbie trap, always has been and will always be one. Using the trade site and TFT are the only alternatives even if they're not optimal.

In this case, you'd think removing trade chat is the way to go since scams cannot be avoided for new players. I guarantee you new players who get scammed will mass uninstall. |
