Exoitic Coinage / General Expeditioon Currency

Its pretty well known that the Expedition Currency has to be in your inventory to be used at the vendors, which is annoying enough.

But the Exotic Coinage to refresh their inventory *WILL* be used even while showing a quantity of 0 in the vendor's UI
