Account/Username Change

To whomever it may concern,

I was wondering if there's a way for me to move my Steam info from one account to another, or at least let me change the username of this account?

When I was a kid, My brother used my Steam account to make a POE account so that he could try playing the game. He never really got into the game however I am having a lot of fun with POE2. The thing is that the username that is shown when I play the game is his username Scubalicious#4166. I tried making a new POE account named Broyan#9217 and relinking my steam account to it, seeing if I could move my own steam account data to another POE profile account; however, that didn't work.

So if there's anything that you can do to help me with this issue please let me know at your earliest convenience
