Twitch drops are out of synch this weeks drops are last weeks

The twitch drop temporal lords portal isn’t appearing in my cosmetics. I just noticed this. Also this weeks drop was the flask. I actually got the flask last week. Makes zero sense. Either way I claimed all twitch drops last week. I claimed the temporal lords portal last week and was rewarded the flask effect in game. This week I claimed the flask effect twitch drop and got nothing. Effectively, you guys got something funky going on.
