Strength can satisfy other attribute requirements of meelee weapons and meelee skills

Using Unique "JarnGrieper" Ringmail gauntlets.

It has a "Strength can satisfy other attribute requirements of meelee weapons and meelee skills"


The bug is : This DOES NOT satisfy other 'other attribute requirements of meelee weapons and meelee skills' , Except in few cases. There are some skills that work fine level 1-5 did.

I was utilizing a Monk Staff on a Warrior.

It seems to NOT work randomly. A day ago My 'Staggering palm" skill gem level 6 worked fine and slotted correctly. Today it does not. And will not slot.

Others like 'Frost wave' Are still slotted - seemingly utilizing this modifier , as I do not meet the requirements except through Strength.
