Forced to checkpoint when fighting Rattlecage, did not die (had full health bars) img provided

1.. Lvl 31 Infernalist fighting Rattlecage
2.. At full health/shield was instant killed with bars still showing full HP
3.. Minions still able to respawn and do damage.
4.. Rattlecage killed by minions after "PC death"
5.. Baryas coin used to start trial

If I am not mistaken, it looks like your honor is 0 which counts as failing the trial, even if on full life. Honor is lost with anything that counts as a hit.
