[POE2] Issue with skill videos on mouse/keyboard.

On the gemcutting panel, we can select a skill and it shows a video so we can preview how the skill works. The issue is that, since the skills are only meant to be selected if you use a corresponding uncut gem to open the panel, we cannot watch the preview by clicking on the skill. This issue does not happens on controller, since we always select the skill activating the onSelect event, while on mouse it probably procs the onHover event.

So just make it possible to always select the skill and change the validation to the engrave/update button.
