Ogham Manor Stairs not interactible

I can't select the stairs, even though the interaction button highlights when I get close to the stairs.
I tried relogging, resetting the instance and a game restart.
Interaction with all other game features are still working.
It seems like my character is locked here since there is no way to continue the story.

It's my first character, so I can't tell if I have the same issue with others aswell.

I'm having the same issue. Have you found a way to progress?

I'm on my second character, the first one had no problem at all.

I haven't played it for a while and the next time I tried it it just worked.
