Stash tabs did not transfer over to POE2

Hello, is there any other possibility to get help with missing stash tabs? I have tried emailing the support email but it was not delivered because they received too many emails. I have receipts to prove my purchases for poe1. Also has anyone found any solutions to this issue?

Do you mean normal stash tabs or special ones (not all are currently transferred)?

And you use the same account for POE2?

I use the same account and I had premium, map and currency tabs. None of those tabs are in POE2

OK, these tabs should be transferred to POE2. I've all normal tabs, currency, essence, unique and map tabs in POE2 (although the map tab has no function at the moment) - only divination cards and other special like Blight are not transferred yet.

Try to write again at the support.
