Chronomancer's Temporal Rift doesn't work after a cast speed threshold

After upgrading my weapon and gaining cast speed my temporal rift just does a glitched animation and I don't move anywhere or recover anything. After switching around other gear with cast speed I got it to work properly with the staff by lowering cast speed enough on other gear.

I'm guessing its the cast speed. Hopefully not intended, especially considering their other Ascendancy node gives cast speed.

I have the same issue, Temporal rift doesnt do anything sometimes. I created a bug report in poe game - report number - 4 147 756 749

Same problem here it s still not fixed

You can see the animation of the shade but the character doesnt do anything

Then you die...
