Cant Travel to Mawdun Act 2 Cruel

I recently completed the quest to go to the Halani Gates for the first time. After completing the quest I want to travel to Mawdun Quarry via the Desert Map but its not showing up on the left hand side like it did on my first time thru and on my other character.

I'm having the same issue.



Emm... its now on the far right side of the desert map.
