Instant crash in mawdun quarry

My game worked completely fine up until this moment. Going into that new place instantly crashed my game and saved in the process.
I have lowered graphics, changed frame rate, switched to vulkan and no good. I believe this is a bug of some sort because my hardware shouldnt be having issues.

My character is stuck in that spot anytime I load my game it crashes has anyone else had this issue?

I have the exact same issue but interestingly enough, it does it to me in the Mawdun Mines, right after the Quarry. I can't proceed any further in the game because it insta crashes no matter what I do. I've changed all my settings and my PC is above the recommended stats, so this seems like a bug to me.

Please fix this as all my characters can't progress pass act 2, and barely 3 waypoints into it.

I have the exact thing with 2 characters. Game crashes as soon as I try to open my character from the character screen (trying to go to the Mawdun Quarry map).
Tried to check in Windows Event Viewer and found no errors.
I would be glad if this gets fixed. Waited years for this game and I can't even begin Act 2. Can't even load other screen as both my characters are stuck in the same way.

Same issue for me on two characters when first trying to access Mawdun Quarry. Tried the only two fixes that I could find online - unchecking multithreading and using Process Lasso to lock out 2 cores if the gpu used over 95%. (also tried changing everything to low) Nothing has worked for me and now I have two characters locked at the same point.
