Colossal Capacity Bug

Why i can't respec the Colossal capacity? I have 150k gold (game saying that i need only 30k to respec it). Im already cleared the bag and then logout and log back and try to respec. Didnt Helped. Doesn anybody know how to fix this?

FIXED! Press "I" and find button "Chest" near your health potion. Remove every item this chest, and respec Colossal capacity.

P.S. If didnt worked, then after removing items, try to logout/login character!
