Buff Icons Overwhelming Presence

When I activate my buff Herald of Ash or Time of need they appear on top of my skill bar showing me they are on and working but if I activate Overwhelming Presence the buff doesn't appear on top of my skill bar even tho it says it's active in my skill tree

yep, same for me (on ps5)

i tested by removing all other buffs, and just keeping this one active, but no icon is showing. (yes i have plenty of spirit)

there also seems to be a 'visual bug' when mobs are in the presence, some kind of graphic issue and/or visual glitch as mobs are 'blurred'.
