Claimed Twitch drops but they dont appear in my account

Edit: nevermind. I received them now. It took some hours but they came in.

I checked my inventory on twitch it says "claimed". And checked the email icon on twitch it says I am eligible to claim but get it on Dec 21 2024. Is that correct?
