Why I cant get any support?
It’s been 72 hours and I still can’t get any respond from support team, I had EA Access pack basic one and I upgrade to King of the Faridun pack from Steam. To do that need to refund basic pack from Steam cuz there was not a option for upgrade pack one from to other. So, I got refund and bought King of the Faridun pack after this action my account blocked and it’s been 72 hours I can not access to my account. It’s been 3 day, I am sure in 3 days I deserve a respond at least. Please do not tell me contact support via an e-mail , I already try thats why I am here.

its the new business model... the guys on the fours send you to contact an email that you never get a response from...or that has been my experience..

No mate you are not alone, I'm sharing same experience with you. As I did some search on reddit there is so many users had same experience. I'd like to say so many things about it but I dont know where should I have to start. A company who have customers (users,players whatever you call) have enought support service and modern technics like ''Live Chat'' etc. It's what we are experience right now so ''primitive'' its feel like I am sending a post mail and waiting for response which is we talk about a company in technology bussiness, its really wierd.
In my case; I bought a Early Access pack the basic one, I've never played POE before and I just seen the vibes of POE2 and I like it and thats why I buy EA pack. So after bouught that pack I decided to experience first game POE wanna look how is it feel etc. I play it 10-20 hours and I really like the game. Some of my friends told me if you gonna play POE2 you can buy Stash tabs in shop which is will be carryover to new game and I spend 265 points to my stash tab that is my fault but I never think it will cause a problem. So after play some the first game I told my self go buy higher pack for yourself and support to developers etc. I check on Steam there was not a upgrade packs for one to another, I had to refund basic pack and after that I got higher one ''Damn King of the Faridun''. After that purchase I try to login and my nightmare begins, my account was locked. Few hours I couldn't understand why that happend and I remember I spend 265 coins from basic pack and I got refund it from steam thats why my account locked (I guess this one to reason). Since this day I'm trying to reach someone to talk to about fix it. Look I can understand this refund after some use in app / game currency is unethical I can really understand that BUT this is not the right way for a company who serving to thousands or millions customers. Company something like that should have some flexible policy for this situation, all we are know microtransactions problems can happen for some reasons. In my case I really forgot that 265 point currency which I really dont care that cuz I'm 42 years old and if I need a in app or game currency I can buy it whatever I want. Company like that big In such cases, must offer me a way to compensate for mistakes. At least I can login my account on website but not the servers on game, there can be a warning mail or pm message about this situation ie; ''A financial situation has occurred in your account and your balance has been reduced to negative. You must top up this balance within a week.'' Anyway long terms short This is not a suitable way to fix for such a company. I feel my self like a swindler thanks to who desing this primordial service. |
