My friend banned because of Steam mistake

Hello i am asking in behalf of my friend because he can not create a topic.
- he bought early access pack in steam with his card - steam was linked to site account of pathofexile as well - in few days steam autorefunded that purchases without any good reasons - steam account become restricted with error "we suspect that account was hacked by someone" or something like that - my friend quickly provided all info steam asked him for, and restrictions was lifted and account unbanned - but because pack was refunded his pathofexile.com acount became permanently banned - this is obviously not his fault, but steam - he submitted support email like 4 days ago but still did not hear anything back from support - can we somehow speed up the appelation process?
