Thurmaturgic dust bugged in shipping

Hi,
I did a little digging and it seems like there a problem with diminishing returns on the dust directly tied to the value of the shipment. If you put in dust in an amount below the value of the shipment you get a 1:1 increase in the value, however if you add dust in a number higher than the value of the shipments (i.e. 84k in shipments, and 84k in dust) you start getting a dramatic reduction in the dust value, at about 100k over it's about .9:1 and 1 million over it's at 0.3:1.

If you change the value of the shipment the values of the dust value changes with it directly (i.e lower the value of the shipment and keep the amount of dust the same the the value of the dust decreases), so I believe they've been inadvertently coupled to each other. I'm fairly certain that this is a bug.
