Unwavering vision vs Safehouses and strongboxes

Should scarabs not drop from chests in safehouses while Unwavering vision is allocated? (sometimes it ends with a completly empty chest)

Should scarabs not drop from strongboxes (with mods that specify that certain scarabs Will drop from them) in maps with same mod as above allocated?

In regards to the second question: Last league scarabs from strongboxes did indeed drop while UV was allocated, but i do not see the change from this behavior mentioned in patch notes.

For Safehouses, they don't use your atlas last I checked. Otherwise stuff like guaranteed Strongbox, etc would also apply. Also, make sure you have an updated Betrayal reward guide as a lot of the rewards are just rare gear, etc that won't show on filter. Without screenshots, can't be sure.

Correct, strongboxes do not drop scarabs with Vision allocated. I have not tested this myself as I do not like the keystone, but was corrected by a few people in other threads when I thought they still dropped and there's threads from last league where people with Strongboxes did not drop them. Same case, without screenshots or anything, it's hard to say if the scarabs you said dropped didn't come from something else last league like Incubators or idk what else bypasses Vision besides Betrayal. Maybe Necropolis mod bypassed the keystone? No clue, I make a lot of currency from scarabs to ever use the node personally.

I saw that empty chest in intervention safehouse which was always scarab oriented one, and from what i know, still is. Also, i turned off loot filter to double check. Nothing.

Also i forgot about third case: blight maps. these also seem to be scarab-ridden with UV on.
