Kiracs Vault Rot Shaman Gloves bug

The Kiracs Vault Rot Shaman Gloves is supposed to leave a pile of maggots in the place of all items you pick up. It works 100% of the time on unique items, summoning the big maggot as it should. But on non-unique items it rarely works. It seems to only work maybe 5% of the time. I've tried turning off the loot filter, changing my own MTX, and logging out. Just appears to be a problem with the gloves cosmetic itself.

Not sure if this is related, but maybe its a result of the pickup radius increase? I find I get maggots 100% of the time, but they only ever spawn under the character. When you have multiple items within reach the maggots just stack under you, instead of where the items were.

Hopefully not intended behaviour, was a bit dismayed to see it working like that.

Unfortunately it's not related to the pickup radius increase. I would drop items at my feet and maggots still would only show up 5% of the time. It just seems purely random on when it doesn't want to bug out (no pun intended).

Simple bump. Cool gloves I want to get fixed eventually!
