Ultimatum and Beyond Scarab of the Invasion

after opening a map which had 5 random scarabs applied to it and doing ultimatum encounter, I noticed that the rare monsters spawned by ultimatum trigger this scarab effect
while normally ultimatum monsters do not spawn beyond (as I also have 100% chance for beyond being in my maps)
